Chicago Sinai Preschool
The mission of Sinai’s Preschool is to provide high quality early childhood education to our Sinai community and to the wider Chicago area by incorporating reform Jewish values and traditions within a broader, relationship-based curriculum.
Preschool
Ages 2-5 yrs
Our preschool classes are designed for children ages two through five-years old. Small class sizes ensure a low teacher-child ratio, allowing for individual attention and a nurturing environment. Families enrolled in preschool classes for the full school year are provided a full membership to Chicago Sinai Congregation. Financial assistance is available for families who qualify.
Two-Year-Old Class
For children who are two years old or turning two by September 1st.
Meets 2,3,4, or 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)
9:00am – 11:30am
This class provides a gentle introduction to preschool in a warm, supportive setting designed specifically for two- to three-year-olds. Families may choose a schedule of two to five mornings per week.
Three- and Four-Year-Old Class
For children turning three or four by September 1st.
Meets Monday – Friday
9:00am – 11:45am
Our mixed-age classroom fosters collaboration, independence, and social growth while supporting each child’s developmental stage.
Early Care is available to provide flexible scheduling and support your family’s need.
Enrichment Classes are available to children in both programs, providing extended learning experiences and additional opportunities for creativity and exploration.
Summer Camp is open to all children, ages 2-5 years. You do not need to be a Sinai Preschooler to participate!

Infants and Toddler Programs
Ages Birth – 24 months
Sinai Preschool offers a nurturing Parent/Caregiver—Tot program where our youngest learners, from birth to 2 years, explore, connect, and grow alongside a trusted adult.
Together with Tots
Together with Tots is a hands-on class for children 12–24 months and their caregivers, offering rich opportunities to explore art, dramatic play, music, and more. Guided by an early childhood educator, the program fosters relationships, a sense of security, and emerging independence. Dress for movement and mess—we embrace both!

jBaby New Parents Connect
Designed for newborns through nine months and their parents, this class offers a welcoming space to connect with other first-time families. Share experiences, ask questions, and learn from experts.
Shake, Rattle, and Roll
Music and movement come alive in these interactive classes for babies (3 months–2 years) and their caregivers. Live music, playful songs, and fingerplays create a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate experience.
