Congregant Service Selection
The Service Selection form will be available at the end of July. Requests must be made by August 14th, at which time the High Holy Day forms will be open to the community.

Reciprocity
Chicago Sinai welcomes congregants from other URJ congregations through the reciprocal congregant agreement, subject to available capacity. The reciprocity form will be live at the end of July. Please submit a form to request name badges.

Community Service Selection
Based on capacity, we are pleased to offer High Holy Day Name Badges to the wider community this year. The Community Service Selection form will be available starting August 15th.
